How to transform the perception of psychological help?
Context of the challenge
There is a prevailing stigma surrounding the acceptance of psychological help. Many people choose to ignore their problems and avoid sharing their struggles, even when they are clearly visible. Psychological issues often go unrecognized until they reach a severe state. This unhealthy environment is prevalent not only in Lithuania but also abroad. In response to this situation, the Hygiene Institute focused on initiatives to shift the public perspective on this matter.
Stakeholder

Tailor-made workshops were organized to involve relevant stakeholders and gain a comprehensive understanding of the context. Insights and perspectives were gathered from those directly involved and affected by the issue.
Best practice

An analysis of best practices employed in addressing similar challenges was conducted. This exploration helped identify subtle nuances within the narrative and provided valuable lessons to inform the strategy.

Building upon the insights gained from stakeholder engagement and best practice analysis, a design strategy was developed. This strategy served as a guiding framework, outlining the positioning direction and approach to address the challenge.
