Contemporary Art Center is responsible for the creation of a new cultural education center in Sapieha Palace. The history and significance of the place carries a great degree of importance and by that puts pressure of how this infrastructure should develop: what is the identity; what is the relationship between the place and the trends for the center; how to engage relevant stakeholders; what should be the operating structure; what is the narrative this new place will live by, and more. Questions putting decision makers into a state of uncertainty even with the vast knowledge in the cultural field. To get a clear direction within the given context is of utmost importance not only for the organization, but also for the city itself.
